New Well Manifold Facilities EPC Project for Tatweer Petroleum

Project Background:

As part of Tatweer Petroleum’s field development plan for the Awali Oil Field in Bahrain, a new drilling programme with approximately 800 new wells was introduced. To process the increased production, new light oil facilities like 15 new well manifolds were installed. Each well manifold will be capable of processing an oil flow rate of 300 bbl/day, a produced water flow rate of 20,000bbl/day and an associated gas flow rate of 20 MMSCFD. MCSC was awarded with the EPC contract to design, procure, fabricate, install, test and commission the 15 new well manifold facilities.

Project Scope & Highlights:

Project scope included EPC of civil, mechanical, piping construction, equipment erection, painting, electrical, instrumentation, pre‐commissioning & commissioning assistance works. The scope also included fabrication and assembly of 75 Nos. of process piping skids.
