MCSC has a fully-equipped mechanical workshop with an area of over 12,000 square meters at Sanad to fabricate piping, structural steel, storage tanks, pressure vessels and associated items. The facilities include the latest automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing equipment, which allows us to produce our products with high quality and efficiency.

MCSC has established a new workshop facility at HIDD with specialized equipments like Fit- up Stations, Automatic Welding Stations, Pneumatic Blasting Booth, etc. This new facility is completely designed for automated piping prefabrication with a total area of 20,000 square meters.

In addition we have a civil pre-casting and carpentry workshop of about 7,000 square meters at Mameer, which allows us to initiate advance preparation techniques off-site and achieve greater efficiency of activities at live plant and construction sites.

MCSC’s Electrical and Instrumentation Division has set up a calibration laboratory to perform testing and calibration activities of all the E&I installation works of our projects.

MCSC’s primary asset is its multi-skilled, highly experienced permanent workforce which ranges from 1,800 to 3,000 during the peak. Most of our employees are certified by relevant agencies and have a long tenure with the company.

MCSC maintains a large fleet of mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation construction and installation equipment. Our assets and other site facilities enable us to execute our projects in a reliable manner while maintaining cost efficiency.

MCSC employs a team of well qualified and experienced professionals to plan, execute and monitor the projects we undertake. Our processes adhere to established project management procedures, in line with the guidelines of the Project Management Institute, USA. Most of the team leaders assigned on projects are trained Project Management Professionals (PMP).

MCSC has been the prime shutdown contractor for the BAPCO Refinery (Bahrain) since 1976 and has also executed many EPC and construction projects for Tatweer Petroleum; Bahrain Petroleum Company; Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC); Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA); Bahrain National Gas (BANAGAS) and various Bahrain Ministries and Directorates.
