SITRA WHARF REVAMPING WORKS

Project Background:

The Bahrain Petroleum Company B.S.C. (Closed), as the owner and operator of an existing refinery located in Kingdom of Bahrain decided to modernize and expand the production capacity, the Bapco modernization Program, in order to operate a crude oil rate of 380,000 Barrels per Day. The Joint Venture Technip, Tecnicas Reunidas & Samsung Engineering Co. Ltd. (TTSJV) is engaged to design, execute and complete the refinery modernization program. As part of this program, TTSJV awarded the BMP Sitra Wharf Revamping Works project to MCSC, which was successfully completed. The project which was awarded in March 2020 was successfully completed in August 2024.
